Warriors Of The Deep‘s Tom Adams Passes
Today we end on a sombre note as the star of TV and film, actor Tom Adams has passed away at 76. His most famous role was opposite cinema greats Richard Attenborough and Steve McQueen in 1963’s prisoner of war classic, The Great Escape but Classic Who fans will remember him as the commander Vorshak, of Sea Base 4 in 1984’s Warriors of the Deep. His television career included familiar mainstays of British drama including Z Cars, Casualty, Lovejoy and shipping drama the Onedin Line.
